Summary

Zapp is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand strategies. The role involves creating brand content, managing brand perception, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, and leading a team. Candidates should have 8+ years of B2C brand marketing experience and a customer-focused approach.

  • Driving the creation of high-quality brand content, working with in-house teams to produce compelling storytelling assets for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Overseeing brand perception tracking, focus groups, and consumer research to gather insights that inform brand strategy and enhance customer experience.
  • Managing Brand Marketing Associate(s), supporting their development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing multi-channel brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand experience for customers.
  • Coordinating Zapp company and VIP engagement events, ensuring they align with brand strategy.
  • Breaking down the brand marketing strategy to create clear objectives, including leading the planning and execution of campaigns.
  • Working closely with the CRM, Growth, and Commercial teams to make sure brand marketing efforts align.
  • Identifying and launching new brand-building initiatives, including influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential activations to enhance customer connection and loyalty.

    • Strong leadership skills in directing, developing and supporting a team.
    • Strong creative and analytical mindset, balancing data-driven decision-making with innovative campaign execution to optimise brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.

    What We’re Looking For
