Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Principal Architect / Project Architect with experience in Revit and design development. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading architectural practice specializing in sectors like Data Centres, Healthcare, Interiors, and Commercial. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years post RIBA part III UK experience.
- Key Responsibilities/Duties: Demonstrate an ability to lead as well as support on projects across varying sectors and work stages with multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to coordinate and deliver work package information. Skilled in liaising with clients and consultants.
- Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Strong project experience of Revit along with a history of involvement in design development and producing technical drawings. Minimum 5-8 years post RIBA part III UK experience. Proficient and strong in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge and understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations.

Salary: Negotiable (DOE) with annual salary review and profit related bonus

Building on this success, an opportunity has arisen within a highly skilled team which specialises in several sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Interiors and Commercial. You will be working on a varied portfolio of projects at local and national levels working in an exciting and unique environment.
The successful candidate will have strong project experience of Revit along with a history of involvement in design development and producing technical drawings. You will be energetic and creative and will be given the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the practice via pan office support groups and other initiatives.
