      Role & Responsibilities

      • Liaise with clients from initial contact, leading pitches, and design presentations
      • Oversee and manage a team of designers at different levels, providing support and direction
      • Manage projects and ensure they meet the right specification and can be achieved within budget
      • Contribute to design concepts and work with prospective clients to understand requirements
      • Ensure consistency with project design standards
      • Review designs and associated materials for projects
      • Stay up to date with industry trends and enhance public awareness of the companys brand and achievements.

      Required Skills & Experience

      • 8+ years of experience in workplace design, traditional or design & build
      • Strong pitching and client-facing experience
      • AutoCAD proficient
      • Good negotiation skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to travel within the UK
      • Ideally degree educated within a relevant subject.

      The right to live permanently and work in the UK is essential, this is an office based role.
