Currently operating with a team of around 200 designers, architects, visualisers, and creatives, working from their London office. Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients from initial contact, leading pitches, and design presentations
- Oversee and manage a team of designers at different levels, providing support and direction
- Manage projects and ensure they meet the right specification and can be achieved within budget
- Contribute to design concepts and work with prospective clients to understand requirements
- Ensure consistency with project design standards
- Review designs and associated materials for projects
- Stay up to date with industry trends and enhance public awareness of the companys brand and achievements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in workplace design, traditional or design & build
- Strong pitching and client-facing experience
- AutoCAD proficient
- Good negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel within the UK
- Ideally degree educated within a relevant subject.
The right to live permanently and work in the UK is essential, this is an office based role.
