A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join an award - winning interior design studio dedicated to the successful design and delivery of projects that consistently exceed expectations. My client predominately works across medium to large projects across the commercial sector.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a talented team of designers, preparing working drawings and coordinate with other team members based upon client's brief, consented planning information and other consultant's information.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of residential projects, valued from £0.5 million £25+ million
• Run projects through technical and delivery stages
• Support the wider team on all technical matters and mentor junior members of the team as staff numbers grow
• Produce detailed technical construction information on projects
• Use AutoCAD as your daily software

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified as an Architectural Technologist/Technician, with a minimum of 3 years professional working experience within a UK practice
• Experience working on residential projects in technical and delivery stages
• Confident in working through detailed design, technical design, and delivery stages of projects
• A thorough understanding of design issues on commercial projects
• A proficient user of AutoCAD, worked on live projects within the UK

Architectural Technicians will be considered on their abilities regardless of age, gender or ethnicity but an ability to communicate at a high level of competency in the English language is essential.
