Summary

As a Support Practitioner, you will:
- Provide both practical and emotional support to individuals with complex needs.
- Assist with personal care plans, medication management, and health monitoring.
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage with their communities.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, empathetic, and driven to make a difference.
- Experience in challenging behaviours or trauma-informed care is advantageous.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care (or willingness to attain it with our support).
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for empowering others.
Support Practitioner
• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
• Working Hours: 36-48 per week (flexible hours available)
• Salary Range: £23,800-£26,000
