Summary

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our dynamic team with an immediate start. Help vulnerable individuals transition to independence and make a lasting impact on their lives.

As a Support Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide both practical and emotional support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Assist with personal care plans, medication management, and health monitoring.
  • Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage with their communities.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in challenging behaviours or trauma-informed care is advantageous.

Support Practitioner

• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

• Working Hours: 36-48 per week (flexible hours available)

• Salary Range: £23,800-£26,000
