FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

Our client, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing tech companies, is expanding their internal ServiceNow team. They are hiring both a ServiceNow Developer and a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of a greenfield implementation and ongoing development of their ITSM and ITOM services. The roles sit within a high-performing Managed Services practice.

  • Develop, configure and integrate ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITSM and ITOM
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support the delivery of scalable, secure, and sustainable services in line with ServiceNow best practices
  • Participate in workshops, provide input on technical design, and contribute to roadmap planning
  • Assist in ongoing platform development, integrations and enhancements
  • 5-7 years’ experience in ServiceNow development
  • Exposure to ITSM essential; some familiarity with ITOM is a bonus
  • Ideally ServiceNow certified (ITSM or similar)
  • Experience within a consultancy/MSP environment beneficial

ServiceNow Developers

Location: UK – Hybrid (occasional travel involved)

Salaries: * Developer: £50,000 – £60,000 * Senior Developer: £65,000 – £75,000

Our client, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing tech companies, is expanding their internal ServiceNow team as part of a broader organisational restructure. Following significant investment and momentum behind their ServiceNow platform, they are hiring both a ServiceNow Developer and a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of a greenfield implementation and ongoing development of their ITSM and ITOM services.

The roles sit within a high-performing Managed Services practice, working closely with certified consultants and an implementation partner to roll out a new instance of TPSM Pro with domain separation.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles):

  • Develop, configure and integrate ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITSM and ITOM
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support the delivery of scalable, secure, and sustainable services in line with ServiceNow best practices
  • Participate in workshops, provide input on technical design, and contribute to roadmap planning
  • Assist in ongoing platform development, integrations and enhancements

Senior Developer additional responsibilities:

  • Lead development efforts across the full SDLC, mentoring junior team members
  • Define and oversee technical direction for implementations
  • Own delivery of complex customisations and integrations
  • Work with leadership to shape ITSM and ITOM strategy

What We’re Looking For:

*Developer:*

  • 5-7 years’ experience in ServiceNow development
  • Exposure to ITSM essential; some familiarity with ITOM is a bonus
  • Ideally ServiceNow certified (ITSM or similar)
  • Experience within a consultancy/MSP environment beneficial

*Senior Developer:*

  • * Strong track record of delivering full lifecycle implementations
  • Deep understanding of ITSM and ITOM; domain separation experience highly beneficial
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Consultancy/MSP experience preferred
