We’re looking for a confident and experienced Business Analyst to join a leading global insurer (client confidential) during an exciting phase of strategic transformation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities across underwriting, operations, and claims
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions for tech teams
- Act as a key liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment and delivery
- Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of London market insurance practices and systems
- Confident communicator, with a collaborative and inquisitive mindset
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change
