FULL DESCRIPTION
Summary
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. You will be the heartbeat of our Manchester HQ office, supporting and assisting our UK Directors and playing a key role in our office duties and events.
- Front desk & visitor management
- Meeting room support
- Office supplies & maintenance
- Team support
- Health & safety basics
- Organising office events
- Diary & meeting management of the UK managing directors
- Organising travel
- Communication and Liaison between the executives and their teams
- Managing direct inbox’s
- Personal and expense management
- Tool and systems – such as keeping schedules up to date and using office related platforms confidently
Experience across office management or personal assistant roles, strong communication skills, strong ability to multitask, friendly and upbeat demeanor.
Office Assistant will be 60% of your role, including:
- – Front desk & visitor management
- – Meeting room support
- – Office supplies & maintenance
- – Team support
- – Health & safety basics
- – Organising office events
Personal Assistant will be 40% of your role, including:
- – Diary & meeting management of the UK managing directors
- – Organising travel
- – Communication and Liaison between the executives and their teams

- – Personal and expense management
- – Tool and systems – such as keeping schedules up to date and using office related platforms confidently
Qualifications
