Summary
An international offshore law firm is seeking to expand their Finance & Banking practice in their London office. The role involves broad Finance work and offers significant training and mentorship to make you a well-rounded lawyer in the Finance space. The firm's clients consist of world renowned financial institutions. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on a wide range of financial legal matters including Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, Trade Finance, and Asset Finance.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial legal matters including Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, Trade Finance, and Asset Finance.
- Engage with Debt Capital Markets covering Bonds, Commercial Paper, and Medium Term Notes.
- Support activities in Derivatives, Islamic Finance, General Lending, and Real Estate Finance.
- Contribute to Projects in Funds Finance, Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, and Special Situations.
- Handle both Contentious and Non-Contentious cases in Restructuring & Insolvency.
- Develop strategies in Structure Finance, Securitisation, and Asset Based Lending.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.
- A strong ethical mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

General Finance Associate (1-6 Years PQE) – London

In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will:
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial legal matters including Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, Trade Finance, and Asset Finance.
