Summary

A London market Insurer is seeking a Business Analyst with proven business change expertise in the London Market insurance space to join our UK Change & Transformation team. This is a key role driving strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and systems change across our business.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and business case development
  • Support delivery of change initiatives, from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate across business, operations, and IT to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Champion change management and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform business decisions

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • 5 years’ BA experience, with a focus on London Market insurers
  • Strong process improvement, stakeholder management, and requirements elicitation skills
  • Skilled in Visio, Office Suite, and project collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of change management principles and UAT coordination
  • Ideally degree educated and BCS certified (or working towards)
