Summary
A London market Insurer is seeking a Business Analyst with proven business change expertise in the London Market insurance space to join our UK Change & Transformation team. This is a key role driving strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and systems change across our business.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and business case development
- Support delivery of change initiatives, from concept to implementation
- Collaborate across business, operations, and IT to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Champion change management and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform business decisions
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- 5 years’ BA experience, with a focus on London Market insurers
- Strong process improvement, stakeholder management, and requirements elicitation skills
- Skilled in Visio, Office Suite, and project collaboration tools
- Knowledge of change management principles and UAT coordination
- Ideally degree educated and BCS certified (or working towards)
