Summary
An experienced IT Support Specialist is sought to provide top-tier support in a dynamic, professional environment. This hands-on role involves working directly with end-users and solving technical issues in-person, including providing white-glove support, managing user onboarding, and running daily office tech checks.
- Delivering white-glove IT support to all staff, including executive/VIP users, across the UK and Europe.
- Providing desk-side and remote support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Managing user onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with HR (JML processes).
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, Office Suite, and iPhone support.
- Confident communicator – you enjoy getting up from your desk, walking the floor, and solving issues in-person.
- Track record of delivering a ‘white-glove’ customer experience – ideally with examples.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering white-glove IT support to all staff, including executive/VIP users, across the UK and Europe.
- Supporting international teams remotely via Citrix.
- Providing desk-side and remote support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Managing user onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with HR (JML processes).
- Running daily checks on office tech (e.g., AV/Logitech Tap systems, meeting rooms).
- Building and deploying laptops using Autopilot and DEP enrollment.
- Overseeing asset management and IT procurement processes.
- Participating in key roll outs

- Hardware: Dell laptops, docking stations, iPhones
- Operating Systems: Windows 11
- Tools & Platforms: Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, Citrix, GlobalProtect VPN
- Service Management: Remedy
- Comms & AV: Microsoft Teams (calls), Logitech Tap, Crestron panels
- Other Tech: SharePoint, Duo (MFA), VMware, BMC Remedy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Level 2 IT support with some Level 3 project exposure.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, Office Suite, and iPhone support.
- Confident communicator – you enjoy getting up from your desk, walking the floor, and solving issues in-person.
- Track record of delivering a ‘white-glove’ customer experience – ideally with examples.
- Background in Insurance/Financial Services
- Able to manage and triage remote setups across a multi-country environment.
- Comfortable with a highly visible, proactive office-based role (4-5 days/week).
