Summary
We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a residential or commercial development in Harrow. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and deliveries
- Maintain a secure and safe environment by monitoring CCTV, controlling access, and reporting incidents
- Assist residents and guests with general enquiries or concerns
- Log and manage keys, parcels, and maintenance requests
- Liaise with property management and support teams as needed
- Ensure the lobby and communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident communication
- Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or front-of-house role – preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to use security or building management systems
- Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
- Right to work in the UK
