Summary
OMS Training and Compliance is looking for Freelance Associate Trainers to join their team across the UK. The role requires previous experience in a similar role with relevant teaching qualifications, the delivery of training on a freelance basis, travel across the UK and a strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Freelance Associate Trainers
About OMS
OMS Training and Compliance is a consultancy and training business.
We are looking to expand our associate training base across the UK, and are particularly interested in trainers for NEBOSH, IOSH, IPAF, Ladder Association and PASMA courses/qualifications.
The majority of our courses are offered on our public schedule here at our main Leicestershire-based training centre, but we do have two further centres across the UK.
Courses are also offered on a private in-house basis, at our client’s choice of location. Meaning our trainers travel to many different locations across the UK to deliver courses and qualifications.
Our fabulous clients come from private, public and third sectors, from a wide range of industries, and in all sizes from SMEs to PLCs.
Your Role & Expectations:
- Previous experience in a similar role with relevant teaching qualifications (in line with your deliverables) - Deliver on both our public and private schedule on a freelance basis (subject to demand) - Travel will be expected to our head office and private client sites across the UK - Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations - Ability to develop and adapt training sessions to suit our clients needs - Strong communication skills - Tech and computer literate

Qualifications
- Relevant Teaching Qualification - NEBOSH Qualification (preferred but not essential for all trainers) - Qualification relevant to your deliverables - Valid UK Driving License
