Summary
We’re on the lookout for a Digital Graphic Designer with a strong UX instinct and a passion for building beautiful, user-led brand experiences. You’ll be someone who thrives in a creative environment, thinks strategically, and has a sharp eye for design and detail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to shape visual identities, build engaging design systems, and create stand-out digital assets that bring ideas to life across web, social, and marketing platforms. - Design high-quality digital assets across websites, email, social media and online campaigns.
- Create or evolve brand identities using insight, strategy and research as your foundation.
- Produce campaign visuals and design systems that are visually cohesive and easy to scale.
- Translate brand guidelines into digital design systems, component libraries and user journeys.
- Create intuitive and conversion-driven web and interface designs, always with the user front of mind.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to deliver joined-up digital experiences.
- Design assets that tell brand stories across different touchpoints – from pitch decks to pixels.
- Develop supporting materials including tone of voice references, style guides, and brand toolkits.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, design thinking and UI best practices to bring fresh energy into every project.

Key Responsibilities
Brand-Led Digital Design
- Design high-quality digital assets across websites, email, social media and online campaigns.
- Create or evolve brand identities using insight, strategy and research as your foundation.

UX-Focused Creative
- Translate brand guidelines into digital design systems, component libraries and user journeys.
- Create intuitive and conversion-driven web and interface designs, always with the user front of mind.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to deliver joined-up digital experiences.
Creative Storytelling & Delivery
- Design assets that tell brand stories across different touchpoints – from pitch decks to pixels.
- Develop supporting materials including tone of voice references, style guides, and brand toolkits.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, design thinking and UI best practices to bring fresh energy into every project.
Skills & Experience
You’ll Need To Have:
- 2+ years’ experience in digital or graphic design, ideally with brand and UX exposure.
- A strong, versatile portfolio that demonstrates digital-first design thinking and brand-building work.
- Solid working knowledge of Figma (especially for responsive design) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of UX principles and how to translate them into compelling, user-friendly designs.
Bonus Points For:
- Motion design skills and experience using After Effects or similar animation tools.
- Experience creating assets for print (brochures, packaging, campaign artwork etc).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive web design practices.
- Understanding of marketing goals and how creative supports business outcomes.
