  • Monitor CCTV and conduct regular patrols of the premises
  • Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious behaviour
  • Write clear and accurate incident reports
  • Communicate professionally with store staff and members of the public

Core Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor) – essential
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing security – preferred
  • Good observational and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and confident when dealing with the public
  • Right to work in the UK
