FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

We’re looking for a highly capable 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team. If you’re the go-to person for solving complex IT issues, carrying out IT projects, and enjoy supporting users and infrastructure in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide up to 3rd line technical support for a variety of systems and users.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and DNS infrastructure.
  • Support and troubleshoot VLANs, VPNs, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Administer and secure endpoints using Microsoft InTune and Entra ID.
  • Offer support for both Windows (primarily) and Mac devices.
  • Handle a mix of day-to-day support requests and project-based tasks.
  • Work from the office, with travel to local client sites as needed.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • Strong experience in a 3rd line support role.
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • Domain Controllers & Active Directory
  • DNS, VLANs, VPNs
  • Microsoft 365 & Entra ID
  • Endpoint management with InTune
  • Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
