FULL DESCRIPTION
Summary
We’re looking for a highly capable 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team. If you’re the go-to person for solving complex IT issues, carrying out IT projects, and enjoy supporting users and infrastructure in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide up to 3rd line technical support for a variety of systems and users.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and DNS infrastructure.
- Support and troubleshoot VLANs, VPNs, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Administer and secure endpoints using Microsoft InTune and Entra ID.
- Offer support for both Windows (primarily) and Mac devices.
- Handle a mix of day-to-day support requests and project-based tasks.
- Work from the office, with travel to local client sites as needed.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Strong experience in a 3rd line support role.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Domain Controllers & Active Directory
- DNS, VLANs, VPNs
- Microsoft 365 & Entra ID
- Endpoint management with InTune
- Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
