Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Office Administrator & IT Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and providing technical support to staff and students. This position requires excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide administrative assistance to staff and faculty, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organising events.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
  • Maintain and update office databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Manage and organise important documents, including records, reports, and files, ensuring they are easily accessible.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Facilitate effective communication within the office.
  • Support various office projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.

What We Need from You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or IT support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
