  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and maintained to high standards.
  • Provide executive support where necessary, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling confidential documents.
  • Assist in budget preparation and manage office expenditures within the allocated budget. Oversee the processing of invoices and tracking of expenses.
  • Ensure all office operations comply with legal and company policies. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
