### Your Role as a Live-In Carer
As a Country Cousins live-in carer, you will provide personalised, one-to-one support to clients in their own homes, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support tailored to each client’s needs.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Supporting clients with medical or mobility needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
- Working alongside families and healthcare professionals, including district nurses and specialist agencies such as Marie Curie and Macmillan.
Who We Are Looking For

- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Professional and adaptable, able to fit into different home environments.
- Confident working independently, with the ability to take the lead when required.
Requirements
- At least six months of professional care experience.

- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Evidence of relevant training, including:
- Manual Handling
- Basic First Aid
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
