One space available immediately in Kalyanaloka – Bristol’s Buddhist community for women and non-binary people.

Current residents are three GFR Mitras aged 28 – 37 with strong connections in the Bristol sangha. Between us we work and study in a variety of health and environmental settings.

Spacious room available in our four bed (plus shrine room!) house that has a rich legacy of being a Triratna community for around eight years. Five minutes walk from Bristol Buddhist Centre, just off the vibrant Gloucester Road, and a good public transport hub for the rest of Bristol.

Rent and bills will be around £580 pcm and we are a vegetarian/vegan household. We meditate together, cook for one another, and endeavour to create a supportive and nurturing environment for our shared and individual practice. Examples include community evenings, practice days, and attending centre events and retreats together. We are supported by a chapter of local Dharmacharinis who act as our KM Kula.

We want to welcome a fourth Mitra or Order Member into the fold and would love to chat more if you are interested. Contact us: [contact hidden]
