- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform hear-care screening tests and minor hearing aid adjustments
- Offer compassionate guidance to patients on usage and maintenance of hearing aids
- Conduct micro-suction ear wax removal (if qualified)
- Maintain accurate clinical notes
About You:
- Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people
- Ideally you will already be experienced in providing support and advice in a patient centred environment (i.e. NHS / medical / clinic / optical).
- If you do not already have the HCA (Hearing Care Assistant) qualification, investing in people is crucial to us and so support is available for you to attend a training course to obtain the relevant qualifications and training
- Ear care/wax removal skills or willingness to train
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Committed to excellence and aligned with our vision of patient-first clinical service
