The role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing hearing care screening tests, offering guidance on hearing aid usage, conducting ear wax removal (if qualified), and maintaining accurate clinical notes.   • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform hear-care screening tests and minor hearing aid adjustments
  • Offer compassionate guidance to patients on usage and maintenance of hearing aids
  • Conduct micro-suction ear wax removal (if qualified)
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes

About You:

  • Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Ideally you will already be experienced in providing support and advice in a patient centred environment (i.e. NHS / medical / clinic / optical).
  • If you do not already have the HCA (Hearing Care Assistant) qualification, investing in people is crucial to us and so support is available for you to attend a training course to obtain the relevant qualifications and training
  • Ear care/wax removal skills or willingness to train
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Committed to excellence and aligned with our vision of patient-first clinical service

Your Key Responsibilities:
