Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Assembler to be based in our Tunbridge Wells facilities.  The successful candidate will have a can-do positive attitude and be able to work well as a team member and be able to work independently.

You will be responsible for building bespoke oil and gas sampling systems and sub-assemblies to schedule, performing a wide variety of duties, including mechanical, electro-mechanical assemblies and pipework.  Following system build methods and sequence of operations, assembling pipework, fitting valves, and instruments. Assemble products using written procedures, setup and holding tolerances to drawing or specifications.

Ensure ability to: read and work to P&ID’s & General arrangement drawings, identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting of mechanical parts and assemblies, on job training and support given.

  • Create labor records for all transactions.
  • Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
  • Working safely a priority.
  • Working to ISO standards.
  • Knowledge of piping, fitting, ATEX, NORSOK, COMPEX, Fabrication will be an advantage
  • Supporting Mechanical qualifications or experience
