FULL DESCRIPTION
Summary
The Internal Sales Co-Ordinator will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up on quotations, handling customer queries, maintaining the internal database, generating new customers, and maintaining a high level of knowledge on TSI's services.
- Contact and establish a relationship with each customer within your given area
- Follow up on quotations with a view of converting to orders through negotiation and reactiveness of feedback
- React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and issues
- Ensure information is correctly detailed in internal database and up to date,
- Generate new customers through direct calls/customer research and sales pitch ensure this is fully recorded in database
- Contact research required to update all contacts in system with latest data – Direct calls will be required to verify the data.
- Follow internal sales process
- Take part in online customer visits with clear objectives -Hold online meeting’s and discussions
- Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with all internal colleagues and departments
- Maintain high levels of knowledge on TSI current offering and services worldwide – Training will be provided
- Maintain knowledge of the industry and competitor activity to better promote the TSI proposition
- Respond to management requests in a timely manner
- Liaise with management to pass accurate and timely information
- Any other duties as necessary to the role
Key Requirements:
- Good customer service skills
- Sales skills and negotiation experience
- Good telephone manner
- Marine Sales experience supplying to Technical Managers/Procurement of commercial vessels
- Good administrative and communication skills

Full time permanent
Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00hrs
Some weekend working may be required
