Summary
Urang Cleaning and Maintenance Ltd is hiring an Electrician in London. The role requires 18th edition BS7671 training, 2391/2392 qualifications, and experience with fire alarms, emergency lighting, and EICR processes. The position is full-time with a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per year, including a company van. Responsibilities include domestic and commercial electrical work, testing, fault finding, and client communication.

Skills & Experience
- 18th edition BS7671 training – this is essential
- 2391 / 2392 or similar qualifications in inspection and testing with experience in completing certificates
- Understanding of fire alarms and emergency lighting systems are essential.
- Full UK clean driver’s license
Required experience:
- Electrical testing Electrical installation, fault finding – Must be able to follow the EICR process in full – Testing, Certification and quoting for remedial works
- FA and EL testing
- Developing and re-designing of FA and EL
- Assisting with development of existing electrical team
- Experience dealing with intercoms and AOV’s
Required license or/and certification:
Full UK Drivers licence, City & Guilds or equivalent
Required education:
High school or equivalent
