Summary
Culina Logistics is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join their chilled distribution operation in Haverhill. This fast-paced role involves various tasks such as replenishing stock, picking and packing orders, and assisting drivers. The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with available day and night shifts. Successful candidates should have a motivated attitude, excellent timekeeping, and the ability to work in a cold and fast-paced environment.

We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Haverhill.
Job Description
As a business, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues. We operate on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
This is a fast-paced role, where you could be involved in a wide variety of tasks. From replenishing stock, picking and packing customer orders, assisting drivers with deliveries to maintaining depot standards ensuring our customers always receive the best possible service along with manual handling duties.
Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week.
Shifts available: (12 hour shifts, 3x 30 minute breaks per shift).
- 4 on 4 off nights, 19.00-07.00.
- 4 on 4 off days, 07.00-19.00.
Salary:
- Nights: £31,534.32 per annum.
- Days: £28,792.03 per annum.
- Overtime: Available when required at time and a half.
- Bonus: Performance related picking bonus to reward your high performance.
Qualifications
- Experience may not be required if you can show a motivated attitude.
- Ability to work in a cold environment of 2-5 degrees.
- Excellent timekeeping skills.
