Summary
The Social Media Content Creator will create short-form video content for various social media platforms. This role involves being on-camera, scripting content, and managing the end-to-end production process. The ideal candidate has experience creating video content, a strong understanding of social media engagement, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Create short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Be both behind and in front of the camera, serving as a recurring on-screen presence for [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]'s brand channels
- Work with the Head of Social to concept and script content series
- Stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh
- Own the end-to-end production process: planning, filming, editing, and posting
- Collaborate with product marketing, community, and creative teams to align on messaging
- Track performance and use insights to improve content and grow engagement
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience creating video content for social media
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating talking-head videos
- Strong understanding of what drives engagement across platforms
- Good eye for storytelling, pacing, hooks, and visual polish
- Able to produce content quickly while maintaining quality
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to experiment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
