Summary
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant in Moreton-in-Marsh to work with self/custom builders and individuals completing barn conversions or major renovation projects. The role involves maintaining contact with leads, completing quotations for sustainable solutions, using a CRM system, and occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Keeping in active contact with warm leads and existing opportunities
- Completing quotations on ventilation, central vacuum and sustainable heating solutions
- Nurturing project contacts encouraging the take-up of our products
- Using our CRM system to keep organised
- Occasionally visiting client’s sites (if needed)
- Working with the design, technical and operation teams to insure a smooth handover on order
- Hosting client meetings in our showroom
- Exhibiting at shows.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Personable and dynamic phone manner
- Previous experience in consultative sales
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Seamless organisation skills
- Attention to detail with pro-active problem-solving disposition
- Computer savvy with good ability in Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Awareness of simple area and volume methods
- Interest in renewable technology and the construction industry.

We are looking for a full time Sales Consultant, working with self / custom builders and individuals completing barn conversions or major renovation projects. The Sales Consultant role will involve:
- keeping in active contact with warm leads and existing opportunities
- completing quotations on ventilation, central vacuum and sustainable heating solutions
- nurturing project contacts encouraging the take-up of our products
- using our CRM system to keep organised
- occasionally visiting client’s sites (if needed)
- working with the design, technical and operation teams to insure a smooth handover on order
- hosting client meetings in our showroom
- exhibiting at shows.
An essential requirement of the role is previous experience in consultative sales with a proven track record.
We’d ideally be looking for the following skillset:
- personable and dynamic phone manner
- previous experience in consultative sales

We have the following to offer:
- salary between £27,000-£30,000 (depending on skills and experience)
- uncapped commission package
- complete industry and technology training, with on-going development after probation period
- 20 days holiday (rising to 25 for each year worked) + bank holidays

- working hours 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and until 4.30pm on Friday.
