FULL DESCRIPTION
Summary
The successful candidate will assist our Office Manager and join our Administration Team in supporting our Building Services Design Engineers. Based within our Nottingham office.
- Providing clerical and administrative support
- Assisting with Document Control
- Producing, formatting and finalizing documents
- Booking trains and hotels
- Providing occasional support with Reception duties including manage telephone calls, taking messages, etc
- Proactive and confident to ask questions
- Good attention to detail
- Organised with a flexible working attitude
- Responsible, punctual, reliable and hard-working
- Good communication skills – Verbal and written
- User of Microsoft Office, predominately Word, Excel, and Outlook
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing clerical and administrative support
- Assisting with Document Control

Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role an advantage
- A grade 4 or above (grade A-C) in Maths and English – Desirable
Schedule:
- Full time position is available, but exact working hours can be agreed to suit the right candidate
- Office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am until 17:00pm
