FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

We are seeking Graduate Electrical Design Engineers to join the team located in our Weston-Super-Mare office. The role involves working with the design team and also supporting the tendering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare electrical designs for HV substations
  • Prepare HV and LV equipment specifications
  • Produce required calculations
  • Provide assistance and tender support
  • Engaging with clients, customers, suppliers, contractors, DNO’s in a professional manner
  • Liaise with manufacturers during design, installation and commissioning
  • Ensure project compliance with all relevant standards and health and safety requirements

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • HNC or degree with electrical engineering modules.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD
  • Ability to use Excel for calculations

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical designs for HV substations
