We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our independent practice in South Ruislip. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers a supportive team environment, encourages professional development with a generous CPD allowance and funding for certificates. The role encompasses regular nursing duties, including theatre and nurse clinics, with flexible work arrangements considered.

Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our fantastic small animal independent practice based in South Ruislip, which is proud to have served the local pet community for over 25 years.

The clinic has a brilliant reputation for providing excellent animal care and treatment, so we would be looking for a nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent care. The practice is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment you would find in a first-opinion practice.

We are proud of our excellent team of experienced clinicians, nurses, and support staff. The team are supportive of one another and help each other whenever it is needed. We have created a fantastic working environment for the development of our team to thrive in.

This full-time position is equivalent to 40 hours a week with no out-of-hours and only contribution to Saturday morning. We are looking to employ a new graduate with the aim that by the end of the first year, our new vet will be confident and capable in a sole charge situation on a first-opinion basis.

The role can be flexible as you would be an additional member of the existing team. We are ideally looking for someone to work 3 or 4 days per week, although we are always open to different ideas – the opportunities are limitless. The practice supports and encourages development, we have a generous CPD allowance, as well as allowing their nurses to gain certificates which can be fully funded. The role will involve all regular nursing duties, including theatre and nurse clinics.
