Summary
The Field Care Supervisor will support the expanding services and make a difference in people's lives. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, reliable, caring, flexible, and has excellent communication skills, committed to maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support for our out-of-hours service on a rota basis. Our out of hours are 06:00am-08:30am and 4:30pm-10:30pm.
- Carry out medication assessments on new staff.
- Carry out Spot Checks in-line with company compliance.
- Assist with rota changes when required.
- Follow and deliver standards of practice in accordance with best practices, policies and procedures.

- Self-motivated – _You will need to be able to use your own initiative at times, so self-motivation should be a key trait you are able to employ._
- Highly organised – _You will need to be able to prioritise tasks in order of importance, so being highly organised will ensure you are successful._
- Reliable – _Staff and clients will depend on you, so you need to be reliable at all times._
- Have a caring and sensitive nature – _Often clients and their families will look to you for support, and you must be able to be empathetic and sensitive to their needs._
- Flexible – _Our shifts operate from 6:00am until 10:30pm, 7 days a week. You will be allocated either a morning shift (6:00am-3:00pm) or an afternoon shift (3:00pm-10:30pm), and we will be prioritising applications in order of flexibility. You will be expected to work every other weekend._
- Committed to maintaining high standards of care – _You will be required to carry out Staff Spot Checks and report concerns and issues to the management team supporting you._
- Have excellent communication skills – _Communication will be your main role._
