Summary
GS Verde Group seeks dynamic Business Development Managers to grow a client base in the finance and professional services sector. This role involves attracting new clients interested in mergers and acquisitions, promoting services, managing client relationships, collaborating with the team, and remote work.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Attract new clients interested in mergers and acquisitions, raising finance for corporate purposes, and/or retained corporate and commercial services.
- Actively promote the GS Verde Group’s range of services, including corporate finance, legal, tax, and communications.
- Forge connections with potential clients and potential client referrers.
- Work closely with the multidiscipline team.
- Capable of working responsibly and remotely.
- Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to be self-sufficient with experience in developing sales channels and pipelines.
- Understanding of finance and dealing with professional services.
- Existing relationships with business owners, C Suite executives and business decision makers
- General understanding of corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Business Development Manager
GS Verde Group is a multidiscipline team offering a range of services including corporate finance, legal, tax, and communications. We are experts in mergers, acquisitions, and investments, and our one-team approach streamlines the M&A process. Our goal is to help businesses reach their objectives by providing end-to-end support.
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers in each of the following regions who have the proven ability to grow a client base in the finance and professional services sector:

- Northwest of England
- Southwest of England
- Midlands
- Republic of Ireland
Compensation:
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an uncapped commission scheme. This allows for unlimited earning potential, directly reflecting the success of your business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Attract new clients interested in mergers and acquisitions (buy side or sell side), raising finance for corporate purposes, management buy-outs, and employee buy-outs, and/or retained corporate and commercial services including – Law, Tax, Accountancy & Finance amongst others.
- Promotion of Services: Actively promote the GS Verde Group’s range of services, including corporate finance, legal, tax, and communications. Highlight the benefits of our multi discipline, one-team approach.
- Client Relationship and Network Management: Forge connections with potential clients and potential client referrers. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support. Develop and maintain networks for the purpose of creating a future pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the multidiscipline team at GS Verde Group to ensure our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Remote Work: Capable of working responsibly and remotely as GS Verde Group expands its operations into new regions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to be self-sufficient with experience in developing sales channels and pipelines;
- Understanding of finance and dealing with professional services;
