Summary

Woodfield Physio is seeking a part-time HCPC-registered Chartered Physiotherapist. The role involves treating a varied caseload of patients with sports injuries and MSK conditions, using hands-on and rehabilitation skills. The position offers opportunities for professional development and building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Treat self-paying and health insurance patients with a mix of sports injuries and MSK conditions as well as those requiring pre and post operative rehabilitation.
  • Utilise a full range of ‘hands-on’ and rehabilitation skills, based on evidence-based practice, to engage and inspire patients.
  • Build and nurture life-long, family group relations, built upon confidence, trust, professionalism and community values.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • HCPC-registered Chartered Physiotherapist
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and personable professional, with an enquiring mind
  • Excellent communication skills, sound clinical reasoning
  • Passion both for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and going the extra mile

You will be based at our well known and trusted practice in Colmworth, between the historic market towns of Bedford and St Neots, with their local shops, cafes, and parks; excellent train and road links to London and surrounded by the beautiful villages and countryside of Bedfordshire.

You’ll be a dynamic, self-motivated and personable professional, with an enquiring mind, excellent communication skills, sound clinical reasoning and a passion both for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and going the extra mile to help patients to achieve their maximum potential.

Clinically, you’ll enjoy a varied caseload, treating self-paying and health insurance patients with a mix of sports injuries and MSK conditions as well as those requiring pre and post operative rehabilitation. You’ll utilise a full range of ‘hands-on’ and rehabilitation skills, based on evidence-based practice, to engage and inspire your patients along their journey from pain and disability to achieving or exceeding their personal and functional goals.
