Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in providing IT support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or coursework in IT or AV technology is a plus. - Proven experience in providing IT support in an office environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Basic understanding of audio and video equipment and their functions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel to various client locations as needed. - Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. - Note: Freshers from a technical education background with atleast one year experience are encouraged to apply. They would need to demonstrate a very high learning curve for this role.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and common office tools and operating systems. - Basic knowledge of networking and cabling. - Experience with asset management software and IT service management tools. - Familiarity with life sciences or healthcare / pharma environment and thus familiarity with HIPAA standards
