We are looking to recruit a full-time, Soft Landscape Team Leader to join our team. As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader you will be responsible for the quality and timely completion of planting projects.

The role would suit someone organised, with the ability to think ahead along with hands-on experience both in horticulture and project management. You will manage a small on-site planting team, supervising, motivating, training and leading site staff, to provide high quality soft landscaping

Your projects will vary from residential gardens, commercial sites, internal installations and roof gardens. You will gain wide ranging experience, planting gardens for our own internal garden design team, as well as for independent garden designers.
