Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer with expertise in the life sciences sector to advise clients on complex IP matters, including licensing, collaborations, regulatory compliance and commercial contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a broad range of IP matters including patent licensing, trademarks, and copyrights. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, such as licensing agreements and R&D collaborations. Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a broad range of IP matters including patent licensing, trademarks, and copyrights. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, such as licensing agreements and R&D collaborations. Additionally, you will guide clients through IP aspects of corporate transactions like mergers and acquisitions.

Your role will also involve managing regulatory and compliance issues related to IP in the life sciences sector and handling IP enforcement claims and dispute resolutions. Staying updated with legal and industry developments to provide the most current and effective advice is crucial. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure legal strategies are aligned with business objectives is also a key part of the role.
