Summary

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a creative, data-driven, and organized Content and Social Media Executive to manage B2B content delivery across the marketing funnel. The role involves writing, editing, social media management, content calendar creation, and collaboration with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of content development experience and strong communication and project management skills.

  • Coordinate with internal team members, freelance writers, designers, and video producers to execute projects
  • Support our Head of Content in developing content strategies, campaign proposals, value propositions and messaging for clients

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in content development (writing, editing, proofreading)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot, Hootsuite)
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content

Content and Social Media Executive

Key responsibilities:

  • Write, edit and proofread B2B content across multiple formats (i.e. blogs, newsletters, website copy, landing pages, research studies, eBooks, white papers, infographics, webinars, social media, and videos)
  • Produce and manage social media
  • Produce and manage content calendars
  • Coordinate with internal team members, freelance writers, designers, and video producers to execute projects
  • Create systems and processes that will allow AP to maximise efficiencies and quality of work for both clients and the agency itself
  • Support our Head of Content in developing content strategies, campaign proposals, value propositions and messaging for clients
  • Conduct ongoing content audits to determine where optimisations can be made to inform future content for both our clients and AP as a business
  • Measure, monitor and report on content performance regularly

The ideal candidate:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content development (writing, editing, proofreading)
  • B2B agency experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot, Hootsuite)
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content
  • Comfortable briefing partners (i.e. designers, videographers, editors, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of delivering content across multiple channels (360-degree integrated campaigns)

  • Property / professional services / tech sector experience
