FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated CHEF DE PARTIE to join our busy KITCHEN TEAM in our award-winning Loch Fyne Oyster Bar Restaurant, assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes from our menu. The successful applicant needs to have a strong background in a similar environment working with fish and seafood. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen, plus have good communication skills and excellent food hygiene standards. HNC level qualification or experience preferred.

POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

RATE OF PAY: Competitive and negotiable.

ADDITIONAL: Customer tips are shared between the Restaurant Team on a weekly basis.

CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary (up to 31st October 2025).

CONTRACT HOURS: Full time (40 hours).

WORK SHIFTS: Between Monday to Sunday, with evening and weekend working required.

OTHER INFO: Due to our location and the work shifts, your own transport would be beneficial. Car share / transport may be available.
