Summary

We’re seeking Support Workers to help us support people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. The successful candidates will operate in an atmosphere that promotes a person-centred approach to help service users realise their hopes, dreams, and ambitions.

  • Shopping and Budgeting
  • Monitoring and/or administering medications
  • Being involved in the community (employment, study, volunteering and/or leisure activities)

  • Accompanying service users to appointments and activities
  • Working in partnership with other agencies and organisations

We are excited for experienced Casual Support Workers to join our team in Chingford and other places to work with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and provide practical assistance and emotional support that enables them to live safe and happy independent lives.

Individuals receive assistance to meet their specific needs as outlined in their support plan, allowing them to make informed decisions while maintaining their privacy and dignity. The following are examples of responsibilities that may be assigned to you:
