What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, support, and mentor our care teams to ensure they deliver exceptional community care
  • Travel throughout the areas we serve—using a company car (or your own, if preferred)—to undertake spot checks, customer assessments, and care visits
  • Conduct reviews, respond to concerns, and identify training needs to continually improve care quality
  • Undertake administrative responsibilities, ensuring all paperwork and digital care plans are current and accurate
  • Provide support in emergencies or staffing shortages, including weekend out-of-hours on-call duties
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers, relatives, and healthcare professionals, ensuring the best possible outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full UK driving license and the ability to travel across our service areas
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in domiciliary care or support work
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a caring, professional attitude
  • Flexibility to cover alternate weekends and participate in out-of-hours support
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive problem-solver committed to supporting clients and team members
