- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' suitability for various roles within the team.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Maintain a structured and organised database of candidates and recruitment activities.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
- Proficient in the use of recruitment databases and IT systems.
- Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management.
- A genuine passion for healthcare and making a positive difference.
- Ideally managed the COS process for onboarding international candidates.
