  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
  • Proficient in the use of recruitment databases and IT systems.
  • Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management.
  • A genuine passion for healthcare and making a positive difference.
  • Ideally managed the COS process for onboarding international candidates.
