Waking Night Care Worker
Job Role:
To provide support to vulnerable young people who are residing within [Employer hidden]. You will be providing support for young people with learning disabilities and associated behaviours due to complex needs. As a waking night care worker you will be working closely with the day staff to fulfil the young people’s needs and safeguard them at all times. You will be supporting with personal care, administering medication, giving emotional support and supporting with daily household duties.
Working Hours:
Permanent contract - full and part-time permanent positions available.
Salary:
£10.50 per hour + sleep in allowance of £40 per night
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Level 3 in Childrens Residential Care or equivalent related studies. Diploma will be provided otherwise.
Safeguarding:
All applicants must: • Undergo an enhanced DBS check. • Provide at least two satisfactory references, one of which must be from their most recent employer. • Provide a commitment to adhere to all Azalea Support Policies and Procedures in order to safeguard the young people they are supporting.
