      • Critical Thinking: Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans effectively.

      • Facilitate Communication: Promote effective communication among residents, families, and staff, acting as an advocate for resident needs.
      • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
