Summary

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to develop and execute business and growth strategies for their key retail accounts, Ocado and Waitrose. The role is based in London and involves responsibilities such as identifying growth opportunities, managing roadmaps, leading promotional strategies, analyzing data, and stakeholder communication, including C-level management.

  • All National Account sales including:
  • Identify and develop strategies for sustainable growth
  • Define and manage the roadmap for these sales channels and coordinate across departments to maximise growth through our retail partners
  • Create and implement the promotional strategy
  • Use data to analyse the success of strategies and further drive performance
  • Sales and margin reporting
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Conduct joint business plan negotiations
  • Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including C-level management
  • Work with Brand team to plan and coordinate marketing strategy to reflect company goals
  • Ensure any problems that arise are dealt with smoothly and promptly by the appropriate teams
  • Work closely with Buying, Pricing and Operations to ensure that KPIs are being met
  • Experience in a similar role executing joint business plans and achieving ambitious and measurable goals
  • Proactive, problem solving and calm under pressure
  • Able to communicate and work across departments
  • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to interpret financial and sales data and results
  • Highly analytical
  • Well organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Experience and knowledge of the food industry is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient use of excel is essential and experience of Tableau of a similar tool would be an asset

Full-time role, based in our London office.

[Employer hidden] is looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for business and growth strategies for [Employer hidden]’s two key retail accounts, Ocado and Waitrose.

We have been a premium partner of Ocado for 10 years, and having recently expanded our Waitrose relationship, this is a great opportunity for an experienced account manager to further grow the consumer sales side of [Employer hidden]’s business.

You will have a strong background and several years’ experience in a comparable, high-volume, competitive eCommerce or sales environment. You will be able to demonstrate working effectively and efficiently across multiple teams to achieve key business goals.

Responsibilities

All National Account sales including:
