FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team that is driving real change by being the main point of contact for our customers. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing orders, data analysis, and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service for our key accounts
  • Data analysis to help shape our future sales strategy
  • Sharing information and updating chefs on our produce
  • Managing orders by telephone, email and voicemail
  • Administering a very busy wholesale department
  • Managing customer invoices and credit notes
  • Data input
  • Analysis of customers data

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • A passion for food and the restaurants we supply
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to hit the ground running. You’ll enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a tight-knit team
  • Strong IT skills, with Excel experience as a bonus
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and professionalism
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure at times

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for someone genuinely excited to help our chefs and work as a team. We believe human relationships are the most important part of our supply chain.

8 am - 5 pm 5 days a week on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
