Summary
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking Sessional Housing Management Workers to provide intensive housing management, sustainability and move on support to occupants aged 18-65 across the West and East Midlands.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support with initial assessments for service users. Interview any new referrals and conduct the initial assessment before we house. Designing and delivering effective accommodation and move on plans, based on the service user’s needs and abilities. Maintaining contact with service users as required depending on their needs maintaining a professional relationship and becoming a role model. Ensuring that where required housing and property management tasks are effectively undertaken in line with procedure and targets. Conducting risk assessments at agreed intervals as per the service contract, and being able to effectively identify, record and respond to safeguarding incidents.
Previous experience in supporting vulnerable people and a Full Driving Licence with Business Insurance are essential. An Enhanced DBS check will be required.

Who we are looking for:
We are searching for Sessional Housing Management Workers to join our Midlands Step Forward Service to provide intensive housing management, sustainability and move on support to our occupants aged 18-65.
Our Step Forward services operate across the West and East Midlands, whereby successful candidates would be contacted to take up ad-hoc shifts as needed across various areas, including Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire

- Support with initial assessments for service users.

Previous experience in supporting vulnerable people (either within the care, residential or education sector is essential and previous housing experience would be highly advantageous.
A Full Driving Licence and own vehicle with Business Insurance is Essential
