Summary
mtc wish to recruit an outgoing and dynamic Apprentice Account Manager to join our existing team and work with our Aftercare team and clients by assisting in the running of our Aftercare department day to day. The role will consist of liaising with clients and team members on a daily basis, gathering feedback and working closely with the Aftercare team internally. The ideal candidate will be interested in web, willing to take instruction and willing to learn. Strong communication skills are required both written and verbally. mtc is a fast moving and exciting place to work, so if you feel that you could fit into our team send us your CV. This role will also come with a SVQ Customer Service Qualification as part of the Apprenticeship.
