FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

Right at Home Derby is seeking a Morning Health Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to individuals in and around Derby. This role involves all aspects of personal care, administering medication, housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, companionship, motivating clients, and driving clients to appointments or supporting in the community. Candidates must have a driving license, availability for morning shifts, and a passion for helping others.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

Availability: Must offer a minimum of one week day morning and one weekend day, every other weekend.
Hours: 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm and/or 3pm - 11pm Saturday and/or Sunday. Additional week day hours may also be available.
Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Passion for Care: A genuine passion for helping others is essential.
Team Player: Must be a reliable team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Enhanced DBS Certificate: Right at Home Derby will cover the cost of your DBS application.

Week Day Starting Salary: £13.25 per hour
Weekend Starting Salary: £14.50 per hour
£19.88 per hour on bank holidays
30p mileage allowance
