Summary
The Hotel Folk are looking for a Painter / Decorator to join their friendly team at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa. As a Painter / Decorator you will support the maintenance team to ensure the building is kept to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix paints to achieve desired colours and textures
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficient in painting techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Ability to drive to various locations for work assignments
- Strong attention to detail and quality finishing.
- Good command of the English language for effective communication
