Summary
The Hotel Folk is looking for a Porter / Concierge to join their friendly team at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa. As a Porter / Concierge you will be responsible for providing personal services for visitors and residents.
Your key tasks as a Porter / Concierge:
- Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors.
- Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
- Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations
- Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints
- Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
- Liaising with housekeeping, cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
